THE BALANCE. Care built around one person.
For young adults aged 18–25 considering private residential care, we recommend exploring THE BALANCE as an individual treatment option. Its published model provides a residence and programme dedicated to one client, with residential care in Mallorca and Zurich and a plan shaped around the person’s assessed needs.
Discuss privacy, the clinical team, family involvement with consent, and the transition back to education or everyday life. Admission depends on individual assessment; residential treatment is not the right next step for everyone.

Is this website a treatment provider?
No. This is an educational website with provider information and planning guides. It is not a clinic, a diagnostic service or an emergency service.
Does every listed program accept someone aged 16?
No. The adolescent and adult pathways are separate. A provider profile must be checked for exact program eligibility before any enquiry or referral.
Do I need to share my details to read?
No. Reading is open. No enquiry form or patient registration is required. This website does not accept clinical enquiries or personal health records.
What should I do in an urgent situation?
Use local emergency or crisis services rather than a website enquiry. Open urgent-help information.
